Company Positions
INSPIRE Company Dancers are contracted for 40 weeks each season, receive a bi-weekly stipend, and attend class and rehearsals Monday-Friday and the first Saturday of each month located within Encounter Grace Ministries facility in Des Moines, IA.
The work day during contracted weeks is typically 9:30am - 3:00pm.
Company members perform in 3 large scale shows in the Des Moines area and tour the Midwest throughout the season with 12-16 performances.
Company dancers wishing for more employment may apply to teach students at Grace Ballet & Acrobatics Studio also located within Encounter Grace's facility.
